A fine cuvée, this 100% chardonnay brut nature from 2014. The flattering nose expresses elderflower, stewed white stone fruit and a finish of fresh breadcrumbs. The palate is smooth and vinous, with candied citrus zest and a long finish. Open as an aperitif or with scallop and langoustine carpaccio.
