The straw-gold color and very vinous nose reflect the ripeness of this vintage. On the nose, aromas of toasted walnut, baguette and ripe yellow fruit. The palate is elegant, salivating, tangy, powdery, with a soft, salty limestone minerality, notes of fresh bread, vanilla millefeuille, custard, but also lingering citrus flavors (orange, lime, lemon) that melt through to the long finish of this fine edition limited to 720 bottles.
