To the eye, if it weren't for the fine string of bubbles, you'd think you were discovering a rosé from Provence, with its pale color and delicate orange hues. The nose reveals a slight evolution, with aromas of honey, gingerbread and orange marmalade. On the palate, the emphasis is on complexity, with a round, greedy texture, but without any heaviness. Patisserie notes of brioche and almond cream add fleshiness before an elegant finish, carried by small bitters.
