This 100% Pinot Meunier is all fruitiness. The nose is refreshing and reveals aromas of Williams pear, Reinette apple, soft spices until a delightful finish. The maturity is deftly managed. On the palate, the wine is straightforward, subtle and shows flavours of fresh citrus fruits with a hint of chalk. This genuine ‘Brut Nature’ could be paired with Arctic char and fried artichoke.
