A unique 100% Chardonnay cuvée (dosage 5g/l) from vines over 30 years old. A brilliant lemon-yellow color envelops a full-bodied effervescence. The flattering nose expresses notes of zest, elderflower and stewed white stone fruit, with a lightly toasted, aniseed finish. The palate is suave, tender and particularly delicate, with candied citrus zest. A long finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with poached poularde and langoustine sauce.
