Behind this name lies a cuvée of old Chardonnay vines, some of which are aged in oak barrels. Here we find the finesse of the grape variety and the fine evolution of a wine that is now perfectly mature, with notes of dried fruit and toast. On the palate, the wine has a rare fullness for a blanc de blancs, without losing distinction or elegance. A fine blanc de blancs to open classically with creamed poultry with mushrooms.
