The Chardonnays come from Vertu, Chouilly Grand Cru and Pierry. The nose is full-bodied and powerful, with notes of pear, ripe yellow lemon, fresh almond and chamomile. On the palate, this blanc de blancs offers a chiselled mouthfeel and millimetric bubbles. The balance of fruit and structure is perfect, allowing a certain exotic greediness to express itself. A fine white to open with crayfish.
