The nose, with notes of pear, fennel, aniseed and iodine with a hint of shellfish, is pleasant and attractive. On the palate, the wine is very present, powerful, rich and ample, concentrated and well-balanced. This is a wine with more power than finesse, which needs to be aerated. Try with meaty fish such as monkfish with salicornia.
