The distinction of the dosage shows us that the fruit is expressed here with more chewiness and roundness. On the nose, Foral exhales fresh lily of the valley, chestnut cream, conference pear and blond honey. The palate is creamier, balanced by intense acidity and fine, invigorating effervescence. The finish is savory and fruity with macerated pear and flowers for fresh pairings, like a springtime assortment of crisp vegetables with Japanese plum.
