The blend is original: it comes from different plots in Chouilly, Perthois and Les Riceys in the Aube region. The nose offers lovely notes of fresh almond. The palate is lined with rich, sapid chalky aromas. After 3 years in the bottle, this cuvée is ready to be enjoyed. Serve with warm oysters with sweet spices.
