This Chouilly grand cru, made from Chardonnay grapes grown on chalk, comes from the "Partelaine" parcel. No dosage is required for this 2015 vintage, which is naturally suave yet sapid. The discreet, subtle bubbles are fully integrated. Vanilla, citron, sunflower seeds and blond honey reveal themselves on the nose. The palate is full-bodied, tasty and fleshy, with a superb fruity finish. Enjoy with sweetbreads infused with lemongrass and ginger.
