A luminous straw color with golden-gray highlights. The delicate, subtle nose opens with spicy, stewed white fruit and honeyed dried fruit. A hint of white blossom is also present. The palate is suave, tannic and sweet. It perfects a 36 g/l dosage that lacks a little integration, but this will come quickly. Enjoy with duck foie gras, green tomato chutney or tarte Tatin.
