The robe is shining gold. Yellow fruits (mango, peach, apple) concentrated but not too ripe are so elegantly restrained, with fresh mineral notes, then chalky bubbles with a fresh whipped and delicate mousse. The palate is fresh ! Zesty, really zingy minerality ! Vibrant yellow fruits, almost spiced Italian agrumes and citruses (lemon, blood orange, clementine), a, incredible frothy lightness while also vinous, a very elegant and perfectly classic 2012 with balanced intensity, profound purity, long sapidity and salivating continuation.
