Beneath a strawberry syrup color, the shy nose reveals aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry and a few currant berries. This fresh, ample bouquet unfolds with aeration. The palate, on the other hand, is intense and structured around a creamy texture with fine bubbles. Notes of small red berries and bitter orange peel are underlined by a present but controlled dosage, which adds roundness and fullness.
