Pretty color and very fine bubbles for this blend of pinot noir, chardonnay and meunier (the name of the cuvée takes the first syllable of the grape varieties) which offers notes of apricot and quince paste with great lightness and finesse. Perfectly rich on the palate, with a rare elegance and a lovely powdery touch. Pair with a poule au pot or truffled purée for guaranteed comfort.
