From the Passy-Grigny terroir and an equal blend of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, this 2011 displays a noble freshness. The aromatic palette is delicate and rich, with hints of counted yellow fruits, honeyed roasted dried fruits and spring floral notes. The palate is homogeneous, creamy, salivating, magnified by beautiful melted bitters. A truly delectable pleasure. Ideal as an aperitif with pata negra or guinea fowl with morel mushrooms.
