Pale gold in color, the nose is rather discreet, with aromas of stewed white fruit, fresh almond and French toast. Fresh pineapple adds an exotic touch. The clean attack gives way to notes of bitter almond, before the fresh, slightly lemony structure takes over and tantalizes the taste buds. The chalky, saline finish is long-lasting.
