Disgorged in 2017, this champagne is made mainly from Pinot Noir grapes from Aÿ. The nose is candied and stewed, with rich aromas of honey and cream, followed by a highly aromatic palate with notes of williams pear and candied lemon. Highly complex, without any heaviness, this wine offers great length. A great champagne for the table, perfect with poularde demi-deuil.
