The color is lively and crystalline, pale gold with silver and green nuances. The bubbles are fine and impetuous in the glass. The nose is superbly complex. Chardonnay brings freshness and delicacy, with notes of white flowers and citrus, while Pinot Noir combines vinosity with aromas of peach and pear. All on a mineral, brioche and slightly spicy base. Fresh, lively and vinous on the palate, the wine is lacy and light all the way through to the finish for an overall impression of purity. Goes well with caviar or smoked salmon.
