This 8-hectare estate was created in 1962. At the time, it included a farm, farmland and sheep. The first plots of Pinot Noir were planted in 1972, and vinification began in 1983. Théodore and his sister Marie-Claire are driven by simple principles: "no recipes, no certainties, only trials, hard work and constant questioning". The estate is planted with 55% pinot noir, 35% pinot meunier, 9.5% chardonnay and one parcel of pinot blanc. Vinification takes place in stainless-steel vats, for wines that are both full-bodied and fresh. The entire range offers blends and single-varietal parcels that have been waiting in the cellar for a long time. Organic conversion began in 2022.
