Gault&Millau's review
This 8 hectare estate was created in 1962, at the time comprised of a farm, agriculture and sheep. The first plots of Pinot Noir were planted in 1972 and vinifications started in 1983. Théodore and his sister Marie-Claire were motivated by simple principles: "no recipe, no certainty, experiments, and hard work with non stop questions and reassessment“.
