Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Carrying on the legacy of their father François, Théodore and his sister Marie-Claire are driven by simple principles: "no recipes, no certainties, only trials, hard work and constant questioning". The estate has 62% pinot noir, 26% pinot meunier, 10% chardonnay and a parcel of pinot blanc planted on 8.5 hectares. The entire range offers blends and single-varietal parcels that have been waiting in the cellar for a long time. 2025 will be the first vintage to be certified organic.
