Beneath a surprisingly light ruby color, this rosé opens, without deception, with fresh, juicy, delicately acidic red berries. Blackberry, blackcurrant and cherry add depth and mystery to the nose. The discreet but pleasant bubbles accompany a body full of energy and gaiety. Red fruits and their tender acidity, a whiff of floral fragrances, underlined by a chalky texture. A touch of black pepper energizes the finish and makes you want more. Pair with red meat.
