A plot-based cuvée from just 3 ha of Pinot Meunier, a discreet grape variety in the Côte des Bar. The nose is rich, ripe and greedy. On the palate, the greediness typical of meunier fades, leaving the terroir to speak for itself, and minerality takes over, accompanied by discreet bitters and appetizing salinity. A sharp dosage (5 g/l) allows the finish to revive the mouth. An original champagne to try with andouillette à la crème.
