This magnum, dosed at 6 g/l like the eponymous cuvée in bottle, offers a palate initially dominated by toasty, woody scents (sandalwood), then expressing itself in a more mineral, saline register. Magnum packaging expresses another facet of the terroir. Best served with creamy dishes such as farmhouse chicken or veal chop casserole.
