Dosed at 6 g/l, but claiming to be extra-brut, this vintage champagne from old, non-cloned Pinot Meunier vines boasts a suave, delicate nose with notes of exotic fruit (mango, papaya). On the palate, minerality and tension dominate, balancing chalky salinity and fine bitters on the finish. A fine cuvée to serve as a starter with langoustines and curry mayonnaise.
