Age has given the intense golden color a straw hue, which is reflected in a round, gourmand bouquet. Yellow fruit (mirabelle plum, nectarine) and white fruit (Rocha pear, quince) make up a nose more seductive than exuberant, before evolving into pastry notes of marzipan and hazelnut cream. A fine effervescence accompanies a body that balances freshness and roundness. This full-bodied champagne will be perfect at the table, with a paris-brest for example.
