A rosé de saignée made from 80% Pinot Noir plus Chardonnay, aged 4 years in our cellars. Its strawberry, almost amber color precedes a nose of very ripe red fruit. Powerful, chalky, saline and mineral on the palate, this wine is slightly tannic, with a watery, thirst-quenching finish that makes it ideal for pairing with, say, a fillet of venison with cranberry sauce.
