Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
The family-run estate, managed by Laurence and Cyrille Chenevotot, is located in the Marne Valley. All the wines produced from the 4.2 hectares of vineyards are now explicitly identified as vintages sourced exclusively from the Boursault terroir, vinified and aged for approximately ten months in barrels. This independent estate prioritizes the terroir, the vintage, and the winemaker’s craftsmanship above all else. In addition, single-varietal wines are also produced, with low dosages to respect the winemaking process. The estate has been certified organic since 2023.
