At first glance, its golden color is seductive. This is confirmed on the nose, with aromas that reflect its age: salted butter caramel, toast and cranberry. On the palate, after a saline attack, we find pleasantly evolved notes. An interesting champagne that may confuse the connoisseur, unless paired with a dessert (with prunes, for example) or, more original, a veal tartar with caviar.
