The orange robe with coppery gold reflections exposes the nose of roasted caramel, mocha, coffee and nuts, apricot and yellow stone fruits, with soft cake spices (cinnamon, nutmeg). Unctuous, silky smooth and velvety textures of candied but fresh roasted orange citruses and orange stone fruits, are cut through by spices (pepper, coffee beans). Complex, well balanced with good intensity, enjoy this Ratafia on a terrace before dinner, in the dining room, and in the parlour after.
