This 100% pinot meunier is biscuity, with aromas of peach blossom, cardamom and jasmine. Delicate and harmonious on the palate, it makes a fine case for itself: a root structure supported by fine grapefruit-like bitters, a fine, invigorating bubble, and power combined with great delicacy. Enjoy with citrus-roasted St-Pierre.

The family’s winemaking history began in the 1960s with the first plots planted in the renowned terroirs of Moussy and Pierry, a village located on the southern slopes of Épernay, nestled between the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs. Jean-Marc Sélèque, along with his wife Oriane, manages 10 hectares of vineyards dominated by Chardonnay (50%), closely followed by Meunier (40%) and rounded out by Pinot Noir, spread across seven communes (three of which are classified as Premier Cru) with varied soil types. Since 2015, the estate has been equipped with a modern winery to refine winemaking and aging processes using a wide variety of containers.
