La Quintette is made from 6 parcels from 5 crus (Vertus, Epernay, Pierry, Dizy and Mardeuil). Vinification in oak barrels for 60% of the wines. The result is superb. A wine with lively, rapid mousse and bubbles. A golden color with golden highlights and a silvery sheen. The nose is complex and lively. Aromas of dried fruit, unroasted coffee beans, mirabelle plum, honeysuckle and lemongrass follow through on the palate. The wine is smooth and fresh. A magnificent Chardonnay to enjoy with fine fish and cream sauce.
