With its lemon-yellow color and white-gold highlights, this vintage expresses itself on the nose with scents of marzipan, blond wood, sweet spices, yellow and white fruits, and white flowers, already showing maturity. Strict yet airy, the mousse is enlivened by incisive bubbles. Salivating and saline, the palate is lively and fresh with lemon, then dry walnuts and black berries. This serious wine, rich with lovely bitter notes, is the perfect accompaniment to a gourmet meal and fine cheeses.
