Pure and delicate, the nose exhales floral and fleshy aromas of pear and apple, complemented by a savory note of turnip. On a fine, soft mousse, the palate develops an aromatic palette marked by grapefruit and lime and yellow lemon. Sappy, lively and straightforward, frank and to the point, this is an austere but controlled wine. The intense finish combines fine oak, lemongrass, cinnamon, nutmeg and a welcome touch of bitterness.
