On the nose, fresh cream, yellow fruit, verbena and raspberry jelly with a hint of dry vegetal reminiscent of straw. Complexity and precision on the palate, with full-bodied bubbles and a tonic, sapid finish. We love this cuvée which, paired with a fine Bigorre ham, should make for a hedonistic experience.
