This cuvée (80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay), with a very measured dosage of 6 g/l, reveals an expressive, powerful nose, not overly marked by fruit, with notes of brioche and toasted bread. On the palate, there's lovely tension and minerality, with hints of fruit (mirabelle plum and yellow peach) and spice. The finish, full of freshness, ends with pretty bitterness. Drink as an aperitif.
