Pure Chardonnay, no dosage, corked for this Champagne whose clear wine was naturally over 12° at harvest. The nose is complex, spicy and highly aromatic. This aspect is repeated on the palate, with a gourmet amplitude, a smoothness rare in the region and an alcohol that in no way disturbs the champagne. The finish is endowed with fine noble bitters. A very good wine, to be drunk now at the table with a 7-hour leg of lamb.
