"Expression Nature" is a non-dosed cuvée made from very old Pinot Noir vines on the Écueil terroir. This is one man's desire: to produce wines that authentically reflect their terroirs. This cuvée, vinified in 500-liter barrels, is totally unaffected by wood: the fruit is clean and ripe, with an aromatic palette of white fruits and juicy pear. Mineral and chalky notes complete this superb nose. On the palate, the wine is lively, vibrant and clean. The long, saline finish is precise and pure. A champagne of great expression.
