Made almost exclusively from Pinot Noir, with an additional 5% Chardonnay, this cuvée from the Villers aux Nœuds terroir has a woody, smoky nose. The palate remains rich and ripe, with subtly integrated notes of smoky oak. A perfect match for a white poularde with porcini mushrooms.
