Located in the commune of Écueil, on a Premier Cru terroir, the Savart estate is run by Frédéric, a colorful character like his wines. He seeks emotion rather than technique, vibrancy rather than perfection. Depending on the wine, it is aged in vats or barrels, and the dosage is adapted each year. Almost all the cuvées are parcel wines, which seek to express their terroir to the full. Anyone who can taste them in succession will be delighted. These champagnes can be found in the very best 5-toque restaurants as well as in gourmet bistros, so well suited are they to fine dining. An excellent domaine that we highly recommend.
