Dosed at 3 grams per liter, this Champagne, made with a large majority of Pinot Noir from the Mont Benoît terroir in the village of Villers-aux-Nœuds, develops a powerful aromatic framework with fermentative apple aromas, followed by yellow fruit and lemony notes. On the palate, the wine reveals a vibrancy and balance between volume and tension. Superb definition and beautiful vinous volume for this Pinot wine, which will improve with aeration and five years' cellaring. A truly great champagne.
