Located in the town of Écueil, on a terroir classified Premier Cru, the Savart estate is managed by Frédéric, a character as colourful as his wines. He seeks emotion more than technique, vibration more than perfection. Vinification and maturation are done in vats or barrels according to the wines, and dosages are adapted each year. These wines are found equally at home in five star restaurants as in gastronomic bistrots as these champagnes suit all beautiful tables.
