Discreet aromas of dried fruit, poached pear and sweet spices intermingle in a bouquet that retains its freshness. On the palate, it's hard to imagine that this is an extra-dry, such is the balance between sweetness and freshness. Notes of lemon zest and a saline sensation keep the dosage in check. The finish remains fresh and salivating, but above all very fruity. An interesting UFO to accompany a chicken curry or, more classically, an apricot tart.
