Françoise Bedel et Fils
Biodynamic since 1998, Françoise Bedel and her son Vincent Desaubeau produce champagnes on the banks of the Marne, an hour's drive from Paris, in keeping with the family motto "Le savoir du terroir, la saveur du savoir". On the 8.40 ha cultivated in four communes, including Crouttes-Sur-Marne where the estate is located, Pinot Meunier is in the majority (78%). An enthusiast of long, even very long maturation periods, the domaine produces remarkable wines that have been cellared for over 10 years and offer a distinct personality. We invite you to discover at table these wines of rare complexity, particularly well-suited to gastronomy. Françoise Bedel was awarded the Légion d'honneur at the end of 2021.
