Gault&Millau's review
Biodynamic since 1998, Françoise Bedel and her son Vincent Desaubeau are located only one hour from Paris, on the banks of the Marne river. Their Champagnes are inspired by the family motto “Knowledge of the soil, the flavor of knowledge". Of the 8.40 hectares cultivated in four villages, including Crouttes-Sur-Marne where the domain is located, Meunier is the major grape variety (78%). Made with long, even very long, elevations, the domaine offers remarkable wines that have matured for more than 10 years in the cellar with strong personalities.
