14 years on the lees and not a single wrinkle for this barrel-fermented cuvée. The deep, luminous color precedes a nose of undergrowth, mushrooms (ceps) and even hints of truffles. Extra-fine bubbles caress the palate. The palate is magnificent in its complexity, length and finesse. Having already tasted this cuvée last year, this year we realize that, over time, biodynamic viticulture infuses the wine with its virtues. The result is a champagne of majestic balance, powerful yet digestible, opulent yet appetizing, that gives you goose bumps with every sip and perfectly illustrates the winemaker's communion with the elements.
