A lovely nose dominated by fresh citrus fruit and attractive bitters. The palate is seductive, saline and greedy, developing vibrant energy. The aroma offers powdery (wilted flowers), heady, spicy (cinnamon, nutmeg) and gourmand (salted butter caramel) flavors. A great wine that honors the craftsman who made it, and gives its letters of nobility to the terroir of this part of the Marne Valley. Enjoy it with a veal chop with cream and morels.
