This vintage champagne presents a splendid luminous golden colour and subtle effervescence. It is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier. The nose shows pronounced aromas of cooked apples as well as a whiff of sea air. On the palate, the flavours of apple still very present mingle with dried apricots and the sweetness of honey.
