In 1921, several winegrowers decided to join forces. Champagne Collet became the first independent winegrowers' house. It owes its name to Raoul Collet, who was its director for almost thirty years. Situated in the heart of the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, the company cultivates around 150 hectares. Respect for the terroir and the work of the winegrower is important, and each cru is vinified separately to preserve its typicity. Thanks to the diversity of its terroirs, with a supply mainly of premier and grand cru wines, Maison Collet and its cellar master, Sébastien Walasiak, offer a rich and varied range of wines.
