The wine offers a restrained nose with fine notes of cookies, pastries and bitter almond icing. The whole appears cut by citrus fruit and a freshness that continues on the palate. Minerality and sapidity contrast perfectly with ripe fruit (peach, nectarine). This surprising blanc de noirs finishes with citrus and intense pear notes. Perfect with a wide range of dishes.
