This Blanc de Noirs in magnum has a dazzling deep gold color, and a fine column of festive bubbles. The nose is reminiscent of spices, candied oranges and toast, all of which are present on the palate. The dosage expresses itself, but is fortunately counterbalanced by a hint of acidity on the finish.
