Expressive pear opens the nose, before subtle notes of caramel, walnut, white fruit and lemon. The lemon on the nose becomes intense on the palate, which offers both tart and sweet tension, with notes of juicy stone fruit and cake spice. On the juicy finish, tones of caramel and reduced balsamic meet bitter citrus notes. A fine cuvée.
